Terms of Service for BizCoachBlog

1. Introduction

Welcome to BizCoachBlog. These terms govern your use of BizCoachBlog.online and any related services, info products, or goods. By accessing or purchasing from BizCoachBlog, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform or purchasing any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Services

BizCoachBlog offers one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and virtual seminars. All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Clients may reschedule sessions by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment via our contact form. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur no reimbursement.

5. Info Products

Our info products include e-books, recorded courses, and digital guides. Purchasers have 7 days from the date of purchase to request reimbursement, provided the item has not been accessed or downloaded. Once content is accessed, no reimbursement is available.

6. Goods

Physical merchandise purchased through BizCoachBlog.online may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Customers must cover shipping costs for returns. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a reimbursement within 10 business days.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

BizCoachBlog aims for complete satisfaction. Below is our extended policy for each offering type:

7.1 Services

For standard coaching sessions and workshops, reimbursements are available if cancellation or rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours in advance. Requests should be made via our contact form. For specialized VIP Mastermind Day sessions, no reimbursement is available due to personalized materials and limited capacity.

7.2 Info Products

If you have not accessed or downloaded a digital product, you may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase. After accessing the product, all sales are final.

7.3 Goods

Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Approved reimbursements are issued within 10 business days of our receipt.

8. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments and workshops must be booked through BizCoachBlog.online. For changes or inquiries, please use our contact form.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on BizCoachBlog.online, including text, graphics, and design, is owned by BizCoachBlog and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BizCoachBlog is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or offerings.
